All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier has received the package.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Girls On Repeat is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Girls On Repeat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us so we can help guide next steps.
