Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in what you wear from Girls On Repeat. We accept eligible returns for store credit or exchange only within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for ordinary returns.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached. To request a return or exchange, contact hello@girlsonrepeat.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and wait for return instructions before sending your item.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item or size is unavailable, we will issue store credit once your return is received and approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@girlsonrepeat.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and arrange a resolution.

Final Sale

Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. If a final-sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
