Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in what you wear from Girls On Repeat. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns:
Items that meet the return requirements may be returned for store credit or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us and we will help you process the exchange depending on available inventory. Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This may include limited releases, promotional items, or discounted merchandise.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
